Taking
your SHO to England?
Here is what one V8 owner did to make it legal
Hello guys
and gals,
A couple of people have asked for pics of the things I added to the SHO to get it to meet UK specs.
THe first was the addition of amber turn signals from a 97 SHO (mines a 98 so
it had red turn signals).

Secondly the addition of a rear fog light. You can see the fog light under
the bumper in the picture above.
This also needs a lighted switch that can be seen from the drivers normal driving position.
I also needed side turn signals. Ashamed to say they are off a Nissan 200SX.

If you look at our headlights you'll see that there is a fade to the right. So that when you're driving in the US part of the pavement is lit. However if this was the
case in the UK, the lights would be in the oncoming drivers eyes as we drive on the left. So I had to modify the lights by blanking out some of the headlights. UK
rules also stated this could only be done on the inside and not out.

Anyone that has any other questions, feel free to give me an e-mail.
I have tried to keep the pics small for those that have 'wooden electrons' in their modems.
All the best,
Rav
