How to read the expiration date on the label on your magazine Here is a typical label: SP-2-2002-EXP The number on the top left is NOT your member number. We do not assign member numbers. That number is the last issue you will receive for your subscription/membership. Read it this way: SP = Spring issue So this member will get the spring 2002 issue and no more.
Here are future expiration dates: SU-3-2002-EXP (Summer, third issue, 2002) And so forth. Remember that it is VITAL that you let us know of any address or name changes as soon as possible. It is also vital that when you move, you ask that ALL your mail be forwarded, and that you have the new address to us before forwarding expires. (usually a year, but don't count on it!) If we get a magazine back, we have to pay $1.50 to get it back! Then we have to mail it back out to you by first class mail, since we can only use the bulk mail once per issue. WE have to pay another $1.50 (more after June 30, 2002 for both amounts) to get it back to you. That is why we ask people to send us $3 if we have to re-ship a magazine and it isn't our fault. Of course, if it is our fault, we will pay all costs to get your SHO Club magazine to you. Questions? just write us. |
