DC CarCare Policies

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*:   DC Car Care guarantees that you will be happy with your purchases or we will replace the item or your money back.   Return the items postage paid to our address with a copy of the original sales receipt if possible.  Or include a note with your name/address and the approximate date you ordered the item.  Please note why you are returning the items so we may improve and prevent such an occurrence in the future.

NOTE: we do not pay for return shipping, but we WILL refund your original shipping if you request a refund.  Some companies pay for return shipping, but won't refund your original shipping cost.  For a small company, doing it our way keeps things simple, and is the same cost to you the customer.  NOTE: if you request special shipping other than UPS Ground or USPS Priority,  such as UPS Air or USPS next day,  we cannot refund the cost of this extra service. 

Refunds will be made to your credit card account if the item was originally charged. A copy of the refund paperwork will be sent to you by first class mail.   If you paid by check or money order, refunds will be made via DC CarCare check mailed to you by first class mail.

*The only exception to the above policy is with K&N air filters, oil filters, FIPK kits and other K&N products.  For these products you will get a replacement or full refund if the item is unused still in the original sealed wrapping if applicable, in like new condition, with all original packaging/decals, OR if the item is unused, and defective from the factory and you return it with an explanation.  Items that have been used will not be accepted for refund.   K&N filterchargers come with K&N's "Million Mile Warranty"  For a copy of the K&N warranty, write to:  DC CarCare, Attn: K&N warranty, 902 S. Main, Washington, IL   61571.  Include your return address.

Write the above address before returning K&N products for warranty replacement, and you must have a copy of your original sales receipt from DC CarCare to include with the returned item.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser.  We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturer's warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of mechantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

DC CarCare reserves the right to change price, shipping costs, products or specifications without notice.

Our Privacy Policy on Customer Lists and Customer Information:

   We will NEVER sell, give or publish information on our customer lists to another company or individuals.  The only use of customer information will be for communication directly from DC CarCare/Dyno-Pro, Inc and it's wholly owned subsidiaries.

    We may from time to time send E-mail notices of new products or offers.  If you desire to be removed from any such mailing lists, just notify us at any time via our e-mail address below.

    We use E-mail to communicate with our customers about the status of their orders when you give us your e-mail address or use e-mail to communicate with us.
