Collinite Wax Products

If you are like me, you have a shelf full of polishes and waxes that you have bought over the years that just didn't perform like they said they would.  That is one reason I started DC CarCare.  I would like to pass along the 30+ years of car care experience that I have accumulated, in the hopes you can prevent that shelf of wasted products from getting any bigger.

What about those "car wax test" publications being sold on the internet and mail?  I think they did really try to get good results, and the nice thing is that Collinite is usually in the top five of the dozens and dozens of waxes they tested.  This confirms that Collinite is a top level premium brand.  Once you get to that level, most of the top waxes are pretty close to each other.  I chose Collinite for its unbeatable combination of reasonable price, ease of use, simple steps (only one!) and great value.  One can of Collinite will outlast any product I have see for number of applications and it last on the paint as long as anything I have tried.  DC CarCare customers agree:

    Here are two products that I know you will love, or your money back!

915 is the best carnauba product I have ever found.  Carnauba provides high gloss and durability. One 12 oz can will do even big cars dozens of times.  Apply 915 sparingly.  Use the sponge we supply for free, or try using your bare hand to apply it.  The warmth of your hand makes the soft product even softer and it works into your paint even better!

"I'm still using the can of Collinite I ordered about 2 years ago, and have waxed at least 75 vehicles with it, and it looks like there's at least 20 more uses in it. I'll be ordering more in the coming weeks as the weather gets better, I'll never buy the junk they stock at parts stores again."

Here is another happy Collinite customer:  I want to Thank you for turning me on Collinite wax. This stuff is incredible! I live in NJ and it seems that the pollutants in the air will remove any wax within a matter of a couple of weeks. The Collinite lasts for months. I had given my truck a good and thorough cleaning. Washing, clay bar, a little WD-40 on some road tar, Paint cleaner, polish/swirl remover, and then Collinite. This stuff lasted! No. 126 is for those that prefer a non-carnauba product in liquid form.   Advertised to last a full year, I find that re-application will probably be necessary within that year, but this is still one of the longest lasting products on the market.  If you travel a lot and must use automatic car washes, then this is the product for you.
